A focus group survey conducted among our patients with complicated treatment cases showed the main reason people delayed having an appointment with a doctor was fear resulting from previous negative experience of dental treatment, but this is not the only reason.

“If you tell the dentist about your fear, they will be able to support you, but a patient delaying an appointment until they develop a severe toothache will make the situation worse. Prevention is simpler than treatment,”

The clinic remains open, following requirements to prevent the spread of the virus

In early November, the Health Board established additional requirements for the use of personal protective equipment in dental clinics in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. To comply with these, Kliinik 32 amended it work organization and cleanliness standard.

We care about our patients and personnel, behave responsibly with regard to our families, make an effort to reduce the number of our social contacts and to do everything we can in order to mitigate the risk of infection.

Dear patients, please come to your appointment at the specified time but only do so if you are sure you are not feeling ill. If you would like to postpone your appointment for a more peaceful period, please let us know.
